Quality drills and bball info

This app sets the stage and the foundation for a fundamentally sound ball player.

Information is bad for your shooting, Pro Shot Shooting System is a much better option for shooting.

Very helpful, lots of potential to be even better

This app is exceptional. It makes practice planning and organizing easy. The diagrams and video give simple yet effective point of emphasis for each drill. The drill library is extensive and contains drills from every aspect of the game.

Just recently started using, but it seems like a treasure trove. Sure, the free videos are limited - but the moving sketch with directions is more than enough to get the players moving!!

I think Ill get positive results from this.....

A great tool for Coaches, Athletes n Parents. A definitely a must have.

I use this with my 4th grade girls AAU team. Their are drills in here that I had forgotten about!! Easy layout I picked up on how to use it immediately.
